Mark Levinson, a prominent jeweler from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was found dead on February 24, 2015, at the age of 60. Levinson, who co-founded Levinson Jewelers with his wife Robin, was discovered in the yard of a vacant home near his residence. The Broward Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that Levinson died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
