Bryan Oneal Stringer, a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2015, in Jacksonville, Florida. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly harrowing, as he was involved in a double shooting incident on the Westside of Jacksonville. This incident not only claimed Bryan's life but also left another individual injured.
