Loukucha Joseph, a 31-year-old woman from Miami, Florida, tragically lost her life on June 6, 2015, in a violent incident that has left the community seeking justice. According to reports, Loukucha was both shot and run over by a hit-and-run driver in the early hours of the morning. The incident occurred near NE 149th Street and 6th Avenue.
