Charles "Chuck" W. Cooper, aged 49, tragically passed away on June 14, 2015, in Mims, Florida. The circumstances surrounding his death were both sudden and accidental. On that fateful day, Cooper was enjoying a fishing trip and cookout with a woman. During the gathering, he had been consuming beer and, at one point, retrieved a handgun.
