Eldrid Jashad Martin, a 28-year-old resident of Tampa, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 22, 2015. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:23 AM, when Hillsborough County deputies responded to a shooting call at 1515 139th Avenue E. in Tampa.
