Castro Constant, a 28-year-old man from Naples, Florida, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on September 7, 2015, at the Tropical Creole Restaurant in Fort Myers. The incident occurred shortly after 2 a.m. when Fort Myers police responded to a report of shots fired at the restaurant located on Fowler Street. Upon arrival, officers found Constant lying outside in the restaurant's parking lot with gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported by Lee County EMS to Lee Memorial Hospital, ...
