Castro Constant, a 28-year-old man from Naples, Florida, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on September 7, 2015, at the Tropical Creole Restaurant in Fort Myers. The incident occurred shortly after 2 a.m. when Fort Myers police responded to a report of shots fired at the restaurant located on Fowler Street.
