Carlos Ortiz, a 30-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically murdered on October 15, 2015, in Tavernier, Florida. His body, along with that of his girlfriend, Tara Rosado, a 26-year-old woman, was discovered the following day by a neighbor who noticed Rosado's three young children wandering outside their home. The couple had been shot in the head, with Ortiz's body found on the floor and Rosado's in bed. Autopsy reports revealed that both victims had several drugs in their systems, including mariju ...
