Jose Gomez, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on February 27, 2016, in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Gomez, who worked as a distribution representative at the Orlando Sentinel for nearly a decade, was found dead outside the Lotus Landing apartment complex. His body was discovered under a car, and he had been fatally shot in the head. The incident occurred during what was believed to be a drug deal gone wrong.
