Junior Paul King, a 66-year-old white male from Sneads, Florida, was found dead on April 20, 2016, at his home. King, a disabled US Marine Corps veteran, had resided in Jackson County for over 40 years. His death was initially reported as occurring at his residence, but further investigation revealed that he had been shot to death.
