Guy Dorcinvil, a 55-year-old Black male, was tragically killed on May 1, 2016, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Dorcinvil, who was a husband and father of five, was fatally shot in a parking lot located in the 1400 block of Congress Avenue around 8 p.m. on that fateful Sunday evening.
