Charles E. Saffore Jr., a 36-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 29, 2016, in Bradenton, Florida. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 6:22 a.m., when the Manatee County Sheriff's Office received a 911 call reporting a person down near the corner of 10th Street Court East and 59th Avenue Drive East.
