Bria Renon Kelsey, a 23-year-old mother from Jacksonville, Florida, was tragically found shot to death inside a car on October 29, 2016. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. in a parking lot on Normandy Boulevard at Lake Shore Drive on Jacksonville’s Westside. Her 3-year-old son was found unharmed in the car with her.
