In the turbulent spring of 2015 in Baltimore, Maryland, a city grappling with a surge in violence, 36-year-old Kareem George, an African-American male, became another life cut short. On the evening of April 25th, on the 4300 block of Belair Road, gunshots shattered the night, and when the chaos subsided, George was found fatally wounded.
