Joshua Phillip Hagins, a 17-year-old African American male from Apopka, Florida, tragically lost his life on January 13, 2017. Joshua was born on November 2, 1999, in Orlando, Florida, to parents Alvin Hagins, Sr., and Sandra Neal. He attended Gateway School in Orlando and was known for his love of football, rapping, and fishing. Joshua was a beloved member of his community, known for his infectious smile and ability to make others laugh.
