Phillip Brendell Allen Smith, a 24-year-old resident of Arcadia, Florida, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2017. Born on April 1, 1992, in Columbus, Ohio, Phillip was a 2010 graduate of River View High School and had moved to Florida, where he worked as a landscaper. He was known for his love of sports, tattoos, video games, music, and his family. Phillip is survived by his son, Jayce Smith, his parents, Brenda Vargas and Carl Smith, Sr., and several siblings and extended family members.
