Ashlen Harrison, a 46-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot to death on March 26, 2017, in Pensacola, Florida. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Citrus Street, where she was found with multiple gunshot wounds. The Escambia County Sheriff's Office quickly identified Claude Lee Whiting, a 38-year-old man, as the primary suspect in the case. Whiting was accused of shooting Ashlen Harrison multiple times, leading to her untimely death.
