Anastasia Riggins, a 15-year-old African American girl from Orlando, Florida, tragically lost her life on March 27, 2017. The incident occurred at a home on Kitty Hawk Avenue in Pine Hills, just west of Lake Orlando. According to police reports, officers responded to the scene just after 10:30 a.m. and found Anastasia on the floor.
