Evan Herring, a 28-year-old male, died on April 10, 2017, in Boynton Beach, Florida. The incident occurred at the Clipper Cove Apartments around 6:30 p.m. Herring was involved in an altercation with Philorius Joseph, a 32-year-old male from Delray Beach. According to reports, Joseph had taken the mother of his children to her mother's apartment at Clipper Cove when Herring confronted them.
