Ashland Cleve Jarrett, a 45-year-old man from Bradenton, Florida, was tragically killed on June 8, 2017, in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Jarrett was found shot inside a white 2017 Toyota RAV4 along with 48-year-old Jacqueline Yvette Green, who was in the driver's seat.
