In the summer of 2015, tragedy struck a Baltimore neighborhood when a man was found deceased inside his own home. On Saturday, June 6th of that year, police were called to the 500 block of Dolphin Street, where they discovered the body of 38-year-old Malcolm Alonzo Jr. Rodgers.
