Dennis Feacher, a 36-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on the night of July 2, 2017, in West Palm Beach, Florida. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. at the north parking lot of 5209 Broadway Avenue. According to reports, the situation began at a nearby store when someone bumped into Feacher.
