Lorraine Levins, a 28-year-old resident of Panama City, FL, tragically lost her life on July 3, 2017. The incident occurred at her residence on East 8th Street, where she was found lying on the bedroom floor in a pool of blood. The cause of death was determined to be multiple stab wounds to her head and neck, along with a gunshot wound. The gruesome nature of her injuries indicated a violent altercation, leading to an immediate investigation by the local authorities.
