Ra'Kwon Leon I'Man Backey, a 19-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on August 1, 2017. Ra'Kwon was fatally shot multiple times in the driveway of his home on Shelby Creek Road South, located in a neighborhood off Normandy Boulevard, just west of Herlong Recreational Airport.
