Cory James Iwanski, a 20-year-old male from Bradenton, FL, was found dead on August 29, 2017. His body was discovered in his car behind a strip mall on 53rd Avenue East in Bradenton. Cory, who was a lifelong resident of Bradenton, was reported missing by his mother on August 28, 2017, after she last saw him on August 26. The Manatee County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation into his death, which was deemed suspicious due to the trauma found on his body, indicating foul play.
