Nicholas Taurus Williams, an 18-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on the night of November 2, 2017. Williams and a friend were returning from a neighborhood store around 10 p.m. when a silver Buick LeSabre approached them on Gailwood Circle East in the city's Northside.
