Curtis Booker Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 26, 2017. His body was discovered near the intersection of East Union and Ionia streets, close to the Old City Cemetery. According to reports, Booker was found lying in the street with a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and a nearby resident reported hearing gunshots around 1:30 a.m. before discovering Booker's body.
