Edward Tudor, a 37-year-old resident of Holiday, Florida, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2018. Tudor's death was the result of a fatal shooting by his neighbor, Qiu Ke, who was 62 years old at the time. The incident occurred in the Beacon Square neighborhood, where both men resided. According to reports, Qiu Ke had been experiencing ongoing conflicts with Tudor, which he claimed involved harassment and torment over a period of two years.
These disputes reportedly included Tudor banging on walls and creating noise that disrupted Ke's peace and sleep.
On the day of the incident, Qiu Ke approached Tudor's home armed with two loaded handguns. When Tudor answered the door, Ke opened fire, continuing to shoot as Tudor attempted to crawl outside into his front yard. The Pasco County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found Tudor deceased in his yard. Ke was immediately taken into custody after admitting to the shooting. He was found carrying additional ammunition and expressed intentions to harm another resident and then himself.
