Damas Ilceus, a 21-year-old male from Boynton Beach, FL, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of February 20, 2018. The incident occurred outside the Ezell Hester Community Center along North Seacrest Boulevard. According to reports, Ilceus was attempting to break up a fight when he was fatally shot.
