On a summer day in 2015, the life of Gregory Victor Tynes, a 59-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. On July 31, 2015, Tynes was fatally shot in the 2900 block of Springhill Avenue.

A native of Baltimore, Gregory Tynes was a graduate of Frederick Douglass Senior High School. He served his country as a member of the Air Force's Special Ops Unit. After his military service, he worked as a private investigator and a maintenance man. His love for music also le ...
