Jose Luis Reyes Jr., a 22-year-old man from Palm Bay, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 30, 2018, in a shooting incident. The events leading to his death unfolded during a drug transaction that took a fatal turn. Reyes, along with several associates, drove to a residence on Pelican Drive Northeast to conduct a marijuana deal.
