Debra Cook, a 54-year-old woman from Sebring, Florida, tragically lost her life on January 23, 2019, in a horrific mass shooting at a SunTrust Bank. Debra, along with four other women, was killed when a gunman, identified as Zephen Xaver, entered the bank and opened fire. The victims, including Debra, were employees and customers who were present at the bank during the attack. The incident shocked the small community of Sebring and left a lasting impact on the families and friends of the victims ...
