David Norgard, a 24-year-old male from Golden Gate Estates, Naples, FL, tragically lost his life on March 1, 2019, in a road rage incident. The altercation occurred near the intersection of 16th Avenue Southwest and 23rd Street Southwest around 9 p.m. Norgard sustained two gunshot wounds to the chest and was transported to Physicians Regional-Pine Ridge, where he succumbed to his injuries approximately 30 minutes after arrival.
