Ronald James Plowe, aged 91, was found dead on June 21, 2019, in his home in Chipley, Florida. The circumstances surrounding his death were tragic and shocking for the local community. Ronald and his wife, Robyn Plowe, were discovered by a family member after a friend could not reach them for a scheduled doctor's appointment. The Washington County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and initiated an investigation.
