Emmanuel Philippe, a 29-year-old man from Boynton Beach, Florida, was tragically shot and killed on July 9, 2019. Known to many as Jefferson, Emmanuel was a beloved member of his community, working at TGI Friday's in Boynton Beach since he was 19. He was a dedicated family man, having brought his mother from Haiti to live with him and his family. Emmanuel was survived by his three children, seven brothers, three sisters, his father, and his mother.
