Alexis Palencia, a 48-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on August 14, 2019, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred on the Rickenbacker Causeway, a popular route for cyclists. Palencia was riding with a group of cyclists when he was confronted by Kadel Piedrahita, a 46-year-old man who was riding a motorcycle.
