Alex Harvey, a 34-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on August 20, 2019, in Tallahassee, Florida. The incident occurred during a party at Clippers Barbershop, located on South Adams Street. According to reports, the party was disrupted by gunfire, leading to a chaotic scene where people fled in panic.
