On November 27, 2019, Fausto Flores-Hernandez, a 36-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting in Daytona Beach, Florida. The incident occurred while he was having dinner with his family at their home on Franklin Street. At approximately 7:33 p.m., gunfire erupted outside, prompting Flores-Hernandez to investigate.
