Dakota Edward Kersey, a 16-year-old male from Ensley, Florida, was found with a single gunshot wound to his head on December 18, 2019. The incident occurred at a trailer park located in the 9700 block of Grace Drive. Dakota was transported to Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital, where he was pronounced brain dead on December 26, 2019, and subsequently taken off life support on December 28, 2019.
