David Thomas Spicer, aged 49, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2019, in Saint-Cloud, Florida. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:43 p.m., when an altercation between Spicer and another individual, Casto Delrio-Velez, escalated into a fatal shooting. According to the Osceola County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to a home on Red Bridge Road in response to the shooting. Upon their arrival, they found Spicer deceased from gunshot wounds.
