David Thomas Spicer, aged 49, tragically lost his life on December 22, 2019, in Saint-Cloud, Florida. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:43 p.m., when an altercation between Spicer and another individual, Casto Delrio-Velez, escalated into a fatal shooting.
