Kwacellus Davis, age 23, was shot and killed on November 20, 2015, in the parking lot of an apartment complex in Landover, Maryland. The shooting occurred around 5 p.m. in the 1800 block of Belle Haven Drive. When police arrived at the scene, they found Davis suffering from gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
