Blake Plair, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 24, 2020, in Jacksonville, Florida. Blake was found with at least one gunshot wound in the Mixon Town area. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries. His death left behind a grieving family, including his wife and their 4-year-old daughter.
