In the winter of 2015, the body of 30-year-old Timothy Lee Anderson, a Black male, was discovered in the desolate backyard of a vacant house in Baltimore, Maryland. On December 20th, authorities were called to the 1100 block of North Carrollton Avenue, where they found Mr. Anderson, who had been fatally shot.
