Samuel J. Hassler, a 40-year-old man from Panama City Beach, FL, was tragically killed on July 30, 2020. The incident occurred at the Cabana West Apartments, where Hassler was found dead from a single gunshot wound. According to reports, Hassler had gone to the apartment to contact his girlfriend, who was staying there. He was well-known to the occupants and had stayed at the apartment several times in the past.
