Victoria 'Tori' Lynn Busch, a 19-year-old from Panama City Beach, Florida, tragically lost her life on September 7, 2020. The incident occurred in a beach condo where she was fatally shot in the neck. The shooter, Spencer Chase Pruitt, claimed that the shooting was an accident that happened while he was playing with a gun.
