Wrollan Psolo Foulkes, a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life following a shooting incident in Brownsville, Florida, on November 30, 2020. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. near Northwest 22nd Avenue and Northwest 51st Street. Wrollan, along with two other teenagers, was struck by gunfire.
