Jason Raynor, a 26-year-old white male police officer from Daytona Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2021. Officer Raynor was shot in the head while on patrol, responding to a call about suspicious activity. The incident occurred in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Kingston Avenue. Despite being rushed to Halifax Health Medical Center, Raynor succumbed to his injuries 55 days later, on August 17, 2021.
