Daniel Lamar Joyner, a 36-year-old resident of Deland, Florida, tragically lost his life on October 22, 2021. Known affectionately as 'Binky' by his family and friends, Daniel was a beloved father, son, and community member. He was walking on the sidewalk near Deacon Jones Boulevard and West Kennedy Boulevard in Eatonville when a black Infiniti drove by, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire, spraying the area with bullets.
