Justin Eugene Liddell, a 33-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2021, in Coconut Creek, FL. Justin was found deceased in the parking area behind businesses located in the 4300 block of Coconut Creek Parkway. The Coconut Creek Police Department responded to the scene just before 10 p.m. on that fateful Saturday night.
