On January 22, 2022, 15-year-old Corey Jones was tragically shot and killed in Orlando, Florida. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Grand Street, near Grand Avenue Park. According to reports, Corey and a friend were at the park when they were approached by another group. A confrontation ensued, leading to Corey being shot. Despite efforts to save him, Corey was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after the shooting.
