Julia Maylen Hernandez-Lopez, a 62-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on February 14, 2022, in Miami, Florida. The incident occurred in the Little Havana neighborhood, where she resided with her significant other, Lazaro Vargas-Yera, a 70-year-old Hispanic man. On that fateful day, Vargas-Yera called 911, reporting that he had shot and killed Hernandez-Lopez.
